Track 13 on disc 1 of the collection of outtakes by Guided By Voices entitled Suitcase (Rockathon Records, 2000). Written by Robert Pollard, recorded in 1995 as part of the aborted Power of Suck tracklist. The song is actually a rewrite of the Goldheart/ Festering Moon saga that Bob was working and reworking all throughout the early 90's, this is one of the many songs that it shows up in. Credited on the box set to Tax Revlon. Runtime 3 minutes 9 seconds.

I saw you yesterday
Looked like you were running away
You seemed so uneasy
That's not the way to please me
We gotta go to the hive tonight
We gotta get our minds alright

Doesn't hurt to have a taste
Haven't got a life to waste
With pink drink
We bear witness to the sun
Gotta lotta points to sell
Closer up than anyone can tell
With pink drink it's much better
And so much more fun

Who's gonna pull the magic string
Sitting on the throne of the lonely king
And it's not who we blow
But who we blow off
Let's lose our heads in a pink cloud
The world's so stiff in its usual form
But our spin shakes like a tube in a storm, yeah
