old white guys who are all dead except for
CSM and
Krycek.
This group has apparently been
controlling information about
UFO sightings and other
extraterrestrial information, and has been conducting tests on many women, including
Special Agent Dana Scully.
Scully developed
cancer after her "
abduction" however was treated with a small
computer chip found by
Special Agent Fox Mulder.
