A term used by the riders of the larger motorcycles (
Hogs,
Crotch Rockets etc) to those who own motor scooters such as the
Vespa,
Lambretta and the
Tupperware ilk.
Probably first used in the movie Quadrophenia, when rockers rode motercyles, and mods rode scooters.
