All the Throttlebots got their courage or skill number cranked up to compensate for their pathetic firepower rating (none of them carried any weapons). Rollbar turned from a small green jeep into a boxy-looking robot, the most normal-looking of all the Throttlebots. He might have been a rebuilt version of Hound, in the same way Goldbug was rebuilt from Bumblebee.
