Staying up all night, repeatedly shunning, or eluding
bedtime until it becomes a
habit. The
activities performed during these times are limited by business hours, although, through
creativity, as with many other
perceived liabilities these
limitations may be turned to
assets. The increased darkness also allows people to do
things they wouldn't normally do under the
scrutiny of the
public eye. Sometimes these activities are
constructive or just
a little odd. For people who work the
graveyard shift, it's all part of the
job.
Because this involves adjustment of your
biological clock you may need to push your system with
caffeine(repeating the dosage at least once every six hours to avoid an
adenosine crash).
As with most
relationships this one doesn't usually remain
casual for
an extended period of time. If not terminated quickly, it can become a
marriage to the night.
