Here my basic recipe based on the recipe from the book (see below).

Cheesecake

Crust
1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
2 tbsp sugar
1/4 cup melted butter

Filling
4 eggs
3/4 cups sugar
1 cup whipping cream
1/8 tsp salt
3 tbsp lemon juice / 1 lemon
1 tsp vanilla
2 1/2 tbsp flour
2 pounds Cream Cheese

Topping
Basically whatever you want to make/use.


Instructions
  • Combine the crust ingredients, press most of the crumbs into the sides and
    bottom of a 9-inch spring-form pan, let chill.
  • Beat eggs and sugar until it's fluffy; add whipping cream, salt, lemon and vanilla
  • Sift in flour, add cheese and beat again.
  • Pour in the pan, sprinkle remaining crumbs on top
  • Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 45 minutes and let cool. Decorate with your favourite topping.
