Yet Another Test For Artificial Intelligence Which May Be Summarized With a Quick Soundbyte, Thus Making You Appear Witty And Well-Read, the MetaTuring Test works thusly:

  An entity is intelligent, as measured by the MetaTuring Test, if it chooses to apply the Turing Test (as a measurement of intelligence) to something it has previously created.

By this reasoning, human beings are intelligent.

This, of course, has been frequently demonstrated to be fallacious, so the MetaTuring Test should clearly not be regarded as the canonical litmus test for intelligence.

And yes, I know, I know, My radical ideas about meta-this or meta-that have already occurred to others.
