My current favorite joke:
So a woman is giving birth. She's screaming in pain and clenching her husband's hand for dear life. Finally, the baby is delivered. The doctor picks the baby up into his arms and sway his arms while looking lovingly at the baby. He then grabs the baby with one hand around the baby's torso and hurls it toward the wall. The baby's blood and guts fly everywhere, painting the wall a dark red color. The mother, still recovering from her labor pains yells, "WHAT THE FUCK DO YOU THINK YOU'RE DOING?!" and the doctor reponds, "I'm just fooling around with you, the baby was already dead."
I have offended many friends of mine with this joke; they all laughed.
