This really isn't a very good approach to hypertext because it is closed in nature: the content and features must be
part of the system. No matter how great the content and how advanced the features, the walls of the system remain.
Vindicated by the World Wide Web, which provided open hypertext technology,
with mostly trivial content and very primitive features, but the ability to glue together practically everything with very little effort.
