Vacation Bound Intermittent Traveler
A slang term for an infrequent
flyer who is less knowledgeable than most
business travelers. The
antonym of a
frequent flyer. Unfortunately, many VBIT's do not know simple things about flying, like how to store a bag correctly in the
overhead bin or how to
pre-book seats for their flight so that they are not separated from the rest of their
family members, or friends.
