The favorite among the pub food that is available at McSorley's. Basically, you order cheese and crackers and they bring out a sleeve of saltines and a plate with some cheddar cheese and onions along with a jar of hot mustard. The sandwich is constructed by placing a piece of onion and cheese between two saltines covered in hot mustard. Eating this won't make you any friends, but tastes really good after consuming about 50 darks.
