Often intelligent, public radio provides an interesting mix of music, news, and entertainment. If you're curious about it, listen to it while doing your laundry. Most public radio programs are members of NPR, or National Public Radio.

Espcially noteable are a Prairie Home Companion, ask Dr. Science, and Car Talk
