Paler cousin of the black pudding.....more pork, less blood and basically a mish-mash of everything that wouldn't go in the sausages!
Generally served as part of an Irish Breakfast (sausages, eggs, rashers (bacon)). Strangely only common in Ireland. If you ever find yourself there, try Bewleys Cafe for some of the best white pudding available!
