A chain which comes with singing waiters in some markets. We had a very nice fat guy sing some Christmas tunes to us in Italian one evening. It was quite pleasant.
The waiters have to learn the hardest trick of their simple little lives in order to work there: They have to learn to write their names upside down with the crayons. The good ones use 3 or 4 to make a nice little multicolored signature.
Not a bad chain altogether. The salmon cooked with a teriyaki glaze is quite good, usually. And the Caesar Salad is one of the best I've ever had.
