Belongs to Big Brother!

According to the IANA (The Internet Assigned Number Authority), both UDP and TCP services on port 1984 are assigned to a software protocol used by the big brother program. This Orwellian-sounding software is a helpful security/availability checker, and is used to see if any of your sites have been having internet trouble (or have been cracked).
