LOSURS is Regina, Saskatchewan's LUG. It stands for Linux and Open Source Users of Regina, Saskatchewan. Or, Linux Operating System Users of Regina Saskatchewan. Possibly the most unique name for a LUG. At least, the most unique one I know of.
