Believe it or not, this third-rate porn movie does indeed exist. Obviously based loosely on Edward Scissorhands, the plot involves an unfortunate individual who has a penis on the end of each arm, and his antics with various scantily clad women.

I'd like to say it's good for a laugh, but I can't. It's a shocking waste of celluloid.
