marathon (13.1
miles) in
Vermont. The course begins at
Suicide Six in
South Pomfret, VT, heads south into
Woodstock, VT, where it loops through town (and across the
Middle Bridge), then heads east along the
Ottaquechee River where it finishes at the
Quechee, VT polo field. The course has a mild downhill slope (200 feet across the course), with a small hill in
Woodstock, VT, and a steeper hill round mile 8.5 between
Taftsville, VT and
Quechee, VT.
