A specific flavour of the famous Chimay Belgian Beer.
The Chimay Grande Reserve is the only beer I know which is millesimed: Every year its strong, dark taste changes and you won't appreciate it as a refreshment. The bottles are then labelled according to their brewing year.
You'll rather serve this subtle beverage for more intimate moments.
