| The Japanese toy company BANDAI has made some very popular toys in its day. They distributed the NES version of Galaga, as well as quite a few replacement controllers for that system. Hasbro contracted Bandai and Takara to build Transformers, one of which (Jetfire) was a repainted Macross Valkyrie. Bandai was also responsible for the infamous Tamagotchi, Power Rangers toys, Digimon toys, Gundam toys, and Dinozaurs. They are traded on the Nikkei Exchange in Japan, and in American Depository Receipt form in the US under the symbol BNDCY |
