Salt

sugar
1 tsp baking powder
1.5 Cup

Whisk all ingredients together in a mixing bowl, heat a skillet to medium heat, brush with oil, butter or your favourite
grease, spoon enough
batter on to the skillet that you get a good sized pancake. When the batter bubbles and the top looks like it's starting to cook, flip the sucker over (cool people toss it in the air... even cooler people catch it) and cook until brown.
Eat 'em while they're hot with yummy
Canadian Maple Syrup and butter... or jam...
