compensation for vaccination related injuries (because vaccinations do sometimes cause injuries) while still reducing
legal suits to the pharmacuetical companies. Some injuries that can occur because of vaccinations are
shock, actual
polio, and
enceplalopathy. This program allows the companies to continue
research and
development of new and/or improved vaccines while still allowing some compensation to individuals, or families of individuals, who have been injured by
vaccinations.
