First of all, I have to give great respect to all of the people I've had the pleasure to argue with... that is, get to know while I was here. This is an exceptional place filled with exceptional people.
The owners of the site and their friends (the editors) are moving in a funny direction. They have, some of them, an oddly specific and often contradictory notion of what everything should be. It seems like a lack of imagination to me, but it's their party. I'm going in another direction.
I want to thank Nate and his friends for giving me a wonderful place to play. I'd like to thank all of the people who wrote things here that were so honest and clever and brave and funny.
Best of luck to everyone. Except dannye. Just kidding.
