A bra with wires that support the bottoms of the bra cups underneath the breasts. Underwire bras take a bit of time to get used to, but they make most breasts look nicer and less bouncy.

Underwire bras have been implicated in the death of their wearers due to lightning strikes. Apparently two women in England died this way. Their bodies were found under a tree when someone finally figured out that no one camps out in a park in the same position for three days straight. The examiner said that the voltage running through the wires stopped their hearts. Found this factoid through the Darwin Award website.
