Toddler

A young child who is between crawling and adept running. This period is charecterized by major advancements in development of speech, thought and physical growth and mobility.

A young person, aged somewhere between a baby and a regular child. Wears diapers. Watches Barney and the Teletubbies. Hollers the word "NO" a lot. Demands candy in your local grocery store. More trouble than they're worth. You should've just got a puppy instead.
