A "skin flick" is a movie with very little plot, but a lot of skin -- usually female. It's a slightly dated term, but sufficently evocative to be immediately understandable. Skin flicks are not quite porn, but they're pretty close. The various Playboy and Penthouse videos in the R-rated section of your local video store are skin flicks. Sort of a video equivalent to men's magazines.
