A popular, and affordable range of dictionaries published by publishing company "Het Spectrum" in the Netherlands. The name can be translated as "prism".

The dictionaries are available as cheap "pocket" books. There are dictionaries available for translating from Dutch to English, German, Spanish, French, and Italian (of course, also for translating from these languages to Dutch, and regular "Dutch to Dutch").

Most schools in the Netherlands require that you own a few of these, because they are portable, complete, and cheap.
