Said of a task easily accomplished. Not to be confused with piece of cake.

A good pie isn't that easy to make, by the way. A great crust is a real pain, but it's worth it.

A good pie is easy to make. Actually, a tasty pie crust is pretty damn easy as well, it does not even take very long either. I will show you how to make a nice vegan one, here. You are right though, pie rocks.

Easy as pie (or apple pie) originated in Australia around 1920. The Australian expression to be "pie at" or "pie on" something means to be very good at something (from the Maori word "pai" = good).

If you are good at something it is easy.... as pie!.

And to think...you thought is was easy as Pi.
