Chemical bonds form between the various elements, when bonds form between different elements, a molecule is formed.
There are three main types of chemical bonds :-

1.) Covalent bonds 2.) Ionic bonds 3.) Metallic bonds

In the real world an actual chemical bond may have some characteristics of more than one of these.

Three ways of showing structure of compounds chemically bonded are electron dot diagrams, structural diagrams, and, most fun of all, spatial diagrams.
