| Bécosse is derived from the English word "Back-House", which is an outhouse.
It's a slang term used by the Québecois. Today it is used in lieu of washroom. It is the equivalent of "Can" in English slang.
Example:
Il faut que j'aille au bécosse.
I must go to the can.
