Song written by Al Dubin and Johnny Burke, introduced in the 1929 Broadway show Gold Diggers of Broadway. A #1 hit record for Nick Lucas in 1929, and in 1968 Tiny Tim's recording reached #17 on the charts.
And it goes something like this:

Tiptoe to the window, by the window, that is where I'll be
Come tiptoe through the tulips with me!

Tiptoe from your pillow, to the shadow of a willow tree
And tiptoe through the tulips with me!

And if I kiss you in the garden, in the moonlight, will you pardon me?
Come tiptoe through the tulips with me!
