This was the catchphrase from a series of commercials back a few years ago (1994-1995, IIRC). The commercials hyped the importance of eggs in a diet, and were paid for by The American Egg Council. I don't remember anything about the ad spots except the ending phrase (thus establishing its superiority as a meme, I guess).
