Three Amazons of the Island of Britain:
  • The first of them, Llewei daughter of Seitwed,
  • and Rore(i) daughter of Usber,
  • and Mederi Badellfawr ("Big Knee"?).
What is interesting to note is that Boudica is not mentioned; in a lot of Welsh literature, she is considered a traitor, which is historically inaccurate. However, like the Mexican tradition of the raped queen, she is condemed because Britain fell under her watch, and she is a woman.
