An obscene trigonometry mnemonic that one maths teacher told me. It helps you to remember which angles/sides should are required for the use of Sine, Cosine and Tangent. Without further ado:

Sex On Hard Concrete Always Hurts The Orgasmic Areas
For:
Sin: Opposite and Hypotenuse; Cos: Adjacent and Hypotenuse; Tan: Opposite and Adjacent.

I have alway remembered this better than that soh cah toa one, for two reasons:

  • This one is made up of actual words.
  • It contains the word orgasmic (I was about 13 when I was taught this).
