Large semi-open semi-public space located under the intersection of Robson Street and Howe Street used by TabNet in Vancouver for purposes of meets. It contains a giant sculpture of a bird, two glass domes (referred to as the glass nipples) and is located on opposing sides of the Vancouver Art Gallery and the Law Courts, with attendant secret downtown gardens. In winter it opens an ice rink (see the circle), and there is a convention centre there which opens a theatre during the VIFF
