Lots of times, you'll hear that someone has retired from something out of
anger
. When this something is a game or
community
, these anger retirements do not usually last long.
The reason for this is that retirement can only truely come when you have observed that you are already leaving or quitting a game or community. For instance, if

were to get insanely ticked off about something that has happened on

, I might be lame and scream out "THIS SUCKS I'M LEAVING FOREVER I HATE ALL OF YOU!" etc. etc. etc., however, I would probaly come back because I decided to retire. True Retirement is never something you decide to do, it is always an
observation

retirement
status.
