Objectory

created by PikeWake

(thing) by PikeWake (1.3 mon) (print)   ?   (I like it!) Fri May 19 2000 at 13:41:53

A software development method developed by Ivar Jacobson and his colleagues. The process is outlined in the book "Object-oriented software engineering - A Use Case Driven Approach". The process was supported by the ObjectOry application written in Smalltalk. The most significant feature of Objectory is the concept of use cases, which is also Objectory's main contribution to UML. Objectory is no longer supported, but is the basis for Rational Unified Process together with the Booch and OMT methods.
