They've collaborated with Norman Blake (of Teenage Fanclub fame... in other words, they popped next door to borrow his Gibson Les Paul Special) and Pete Kember (Spacemen 3 and E.A.R.), and use the 'classic' sound-generation techniques of de-engineering appliances and toys, modulating found sound, as well as custom-built theremins.
