Like gridlock, a logjam is when traffic gets bottled up and everything grinds to a halt. (This can be any kind of traffic, literal or metaphorical). Probably originally a logging term for when logs floated down a river accumulate and jam up.

This also refers to constipation, it ought to be pretty self explanatory from there. Yuck.

The name of the official LiveJournal GTK+ client. It was originally named LoserJabber, but due to conflicts with the Jabber project and its negative connotation it was changed with the 3.0.0 release on July 13, 2001 to LogJam. The client has a very simple and functional interface. Some of the features as listed on the web site include:

In addition, it supports multiple accounts, multiple journals, all of the additional data that journals might have (mood, music, user icon, comments).

Evan Martin wrote and maintains the client. Visit the client's home page at http://logjam.danga.com/.

Y'know, if you log in, you can write something here, or contact authors directly on the site. Create a New User if you don't already have an account.
