A packet of Lik-m-aid consists of two compartments of intensely flavored sugary powder, with an edible sugar dipping stick. One tears open the package, licks the sugar stick and uses it to spoon heaps of sour candy powder into one's mouth. When the powder is gone, the stick can be eaten.
