Sr. Galtieri tried to steal the Malvinas from England. It is said he did this becuase the people of Argentina were angry for the corruption. Sr. Galtieri was trying to distract the people of Argentina so they would not make a revolution. The news people were on his side and made the people think that the England was trying to invade Argentina. Argentina lost the fight and the England has kept the Malvinas but Argentina still says that they beling to Argentina. Our foreign minister has tried to buy the Malvinas and said Argentina would pay the people on the Malvinas a fortune if they would become of Argentina. I have heard it was over 800,000 American dollars. The people have said no on Malvinas.
