Falco Lombardi is a pilot from Nintendo's StarFox series. He is (appropriately enough) a falcon with excellent combat skills. Falco has more experience flying Arwings than any other pilot except for Peppy Hare.
In his youth, Falco was a in the galactic equivalent of a motorcycle gang. That is where Falco first learned to pilot spacecraft. It also explains the falcon's recklessness and slightly arrogant manner. When he gets into trouble, Falco is more likely to tell his rescuers to "mind their own business." However, Falco does appreciate his friends, even if he has a hard time showing it.
