Evil Lite is a state of mind. Dictators and murderers are evil, but it's never necessary to go that far. Evil Lite is a kind of general malevolence that doesn't involve wide-scale destruction, genocide or any particularly horrible stuff.

For instance: when I take over the world I want to make it a better place to live in... especially for me, but for everyone else as well. This means I have to be nice. But it's not going to stop me ruthlessly crushing anyone who gets in my way... preferably in a mincing machine. It's a means to an end in that I hopefully won't have to crush too many people.

Evil Lite probably includes a little low-grade insanity, or possibly that general malaise that only the genius possess and the insane lament.
