A frequently used response to any question. Sure you can use it as a comeback, but as already mentioned in another writeup(which seems to have been removed) using it in that way is usually hella-lame. It is way more fun to use it when it is unexpected. It also becomes fun to use when it is the only answer you give when anybody asks you any question.
