If you were ever a child, you probably played some variant of the "are too!"/"am not!" game. Some people carry this style of debate with them into adulthood. Of course, this is the most frustrating type of argument, because you've stopped discussing the reason something is or isn't true and are attempting to use a battering ram of repeated insistence to settle the matter.
The unwritten rules for debates of this nature allow one way of settling them. Whoever first declares their stance ("are too" or "am not") and adds "time infinity" is the winner.
After dropping the "times inifinity" bomb, the argument usually degenerates into a discussion of theoretical mathematics or a fistfight, depending on your age and whether or not you're in a frat.
