A form of exercise. Best performed in sets of 10 interspersed with push-ups. How to execute: Lie on back. Bend knees to make 90 degree angle. Hands by sides. Soles of feet flat on floor. Raise head until it touches knees. Slowly back down! 9 more to go! Good for flattenning that flabby WWW-inspired tummy.
