Rock Against Racism spawned other organizations and one-offs using that motif for a name; they weren't necessarily affiliated with RAR. There was a Rock Against Sexism, a Rock Against Radiation (anti-nukes, both of the Three Mile Island and the NATO tactical-weapon variety), and a Rock Against Thatcher, et al. Just like our Sixties elder siblings (or parents), we didn't change the world either. Oh well... 'Tis better to rock against apathy than to crawl under a rock.
