old dutch oatmeal cookies

• 2 cups sugar
• 1/2 cup milk
• 1/4 cup butter
• 2 tablespoons cocoa

• 1/2 cup peanut butter
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 3 cups oatmeal

Once the cookies are cooled down (and hard), they may be eaten. Some people (like me) can't wait that long.
