Forgetting that the concept of race is heavily disdained by anthropologists, non-whites are, in essence, the majority of the world's population. People who don't fit under a general impression of Caucasian, or, more specifically, light skin, straight hair, non-Jewish. Non-whites are the military targets of choice, because they don't look like us and thus the carnage can be shown on TV without stirring too much sympathy.
