A partial sum of the harmonic series, i.e.:

     n   1
H  = ∑   -
 n   k=1 k

These numbers can also be expressed as:

H  = γ + ψ (n+1)
 n        0
where γ is the Euler-Mascheroni constant and ψ0(x) is the digamma function.
